The worst place!
The Chamber of Commerce voted this the best Pizza Restaurant. Obviously they have never visited Papa Pepperoni Pizza. This place is TERRIBLE. One, the service is BAD. It takes 30 minutes or more to get your order...which the food is not so great anyways. You will be lucky if you get your order hot...or even warm. Second, the prices are too high, especially given the fact that the service and food are less than acceptable. But, most of all, the worst part about this place is the owner. He is rude. He has NO sense of business. He has no effective communication skills. And, the sad part about it is, this restaurant has the potential to be successful. Somebody please get this owner gone and turn Papa Pepperoni Pizza into a respectable restaurant. HEY! At least the karaoke entertainment was good! But, nothing els was good about this establishment.

| I Liked: Leaving and Never Coming Back! |

Hateful Owner, Rude Service, Average Pizza
My experience with the rude owner at Papa Pepperoni is by far the worst I have ever had on four continents. The pizza was ok--nothing out of the ordinary, but the owner was very rude and discourteous. He overcharged me 13% of the posted price and refused to refund me the money in a very belligerent manner. I have never been treated so rudely by a business owner in my life. Overcharging like that is a violation of California Code. We used to love this restaurant...before this hateful man bought it. We will never dine there again as long as he owns it. This hateful man took a wonderful restaurant and ruined it with his nasty disposition. The only thing he can do to fix this place is either sell it or do the inevitable--file for bankruptcy because he is driving customers away in droves.
